Pros

Always evolving, adding updates to accommodate customers and making the website more user friendly. Management has come a long way, most of management has a lot of experience and is willing to get their hands dirty to help their team. The company overall is a great place to work, the benefits are great.

Cons

There were some growing pains, but I think they got through that.

Some of the people were great. Hard working and all around good people. The pay was good and the schedule was nice

Cons

Management is awful. There is no communication. No chain of command. Lots of inappropriate behavior but only the favorites get away with it. You are definitely overworked and put under a ton of pressure. They hate any kind of medical leave. They are very critical of doctors appointments. They will use and abuse you until you are no longer useful.
