Pros

If you like being held accountable to high standards without being micromanaged, this is a great place for you. Very grown-up sales culture. Company genuinely helps customers save money and time. My colleagues are great - very helpful without big inflated egos. Also, our reputation is strong in the business so customers are very receptive.

Cons

Not really a con but there is not much hand holding here. Everyone is busy helping customers. The answers are there but you have to go find them. If you have ever used the excuse "they didn't teach me that in training", then this might not be a good fit for you. Colleagues are very helpful if asked.
