Our work matters, especially in an industry like healthcare where the decisions and actions we make daily have a direct impact within a patient care environment. The company is fast paced and the culture is welcoming, fun, and challenging (...great for those with a growth mindset).

Cons

The org is in a transitionary state that is still integrating various business units, creating some silos. That said, nothing out of the ordinary when you welcome acquisitions and strong growth.
