Decent pay, no sense of responsibility, and good benefits

Cons

Upper management constantly fighting Lack of communication between departments Managers have their favorites - unlimited call offs No one is ever held accountable It’s a revolving door with new employees Instead of hiring more people, workload tends to be put on current employees Credit department is behind over 6 months.. it’s truly scary how this company is still in business among other very unprofessional behaviors.

Coworkers are some really great people.

Cons

Overworked. Underpaid. Too many higher executive positions being hired from the outside. Will not invest in their teams. Internally falling apart and no one will listen or care.
