Pros

I spent 8 years at PartsSource learning and growing my career. I left to explore other opportunities and ultimately came back to PS about a year ago. The previous reasons why I left are no longer applicable - I find the environment very collaborative and supportive. In addition to the laundry list of benefits and employee programs, we are growing and hiring like never before. This means lots of opportunities for career growth in an environment that actually cares about your career trajectory. The people are awesome to boot - I have made lifelong friends here.

Cons

The technology for our customers is amazing, no better time to be a PS customer, but the back end technology could use some sprucing up.

Pros

PartsSource is a great company to works for that's also full of great people to work with. It has been also fairly accommodating and flexible when dealing with Covid, such as allowing work from home, hybrid schedule, and vaccine drives and benefits.

Cons

Some growing pains, everyone is so busy that you barely get a chance to speak with your managers/supervisors. Benefits such as 401k are below industry standards.
