-Great customers who are appreciative for the service and products PartsSource offers. -Best online platform in the industry (almost no other competition). -High energy team focused on providing best possible customer experience. -Lots of opportunity for performance based bonuses. -Diverse background of employees provides a great opportunity to learn from different skillsets.

Cons

Some people don't like creative thinking or sometimes working outside of what your job description states. If you are not suited for a fast-paced environment, this company is not for you.

Pros

Excellent value proposition, without an equal in the industry. The company continues to grow steadily year over year, on the efforts of good people that work hard to carve out a niche within Healthcare. The current pandemic showcased the strength of the organization and the determination of many of the tenured staff, who worked side by side to procure critical components for front-line healthcare workers. As the company continues to grow, more benefits are provided to the employees.

Cons

As with any fast growing company, some technology systems and processes are in need of upgrades.

Lots of interesting challenges to work on, you can directly see how your work positively impacts your customers, lots of opportunities for growth, and a strong culture of promoting from within. All of these and more, directed at a great mission to make healthcare more affordable, help face the challenges of working in a very fast pace and highly complex business.

Cons

High growth and fast pace means you don't always get to spend the time making something as perfect as you want
