The company is solving the most complex issues using evidence based, technology-enabled service platforms with a team of talented people that deliver world class service. The work is energizing and innovative. Great culture - people are committed to the customer and making a difference. The company has a people first mentality and is responsive to feedback.

Cons

Any company that is successful and growing can have capacity issues at times. The Leadership team has been very supportive of adding to staff when we need it though.

Clear mission, vision and purpose. Ample growth opportunities, Teamwork and collaboration with smart, humble and talented people, good work flexibility, solid benefits.

Cons

I would like to see more diversity in management and leadership. Remote work can be challenging on building relationships and getting to know coworkers. Finding more ways and opportunities to build connections and engage employees who may feel siloed. More generous allotment of PTO would help strengthen the personal wellbeing of current employees and help attract those we are recruiting
