We are successful and growing, and it feels great to be part of an organization that is helping people and making a positive impact on healthcare. From a personal standpoint, it's incredible to be able to make an impact and help shape and mold the future of the company.

Cons

Like most growing companies, we have our growing pains. Communication between teams isn't always as good as it could be. We are still struggling to build the infrastructure to support our growth. These things take time, but I'm confident they'll work out.
