Pros

The remote work option was good.

Cons

Upper management is unprofessional and has no clear guidance for direct reports. The goalposts were constantly changed, and there were no formal performance reviews, even when asked. The longer someone has been there, the more they feel untouchable and curse and speak crazily during meetings; complete boys club.
