      Very compelling offering in a high need market: the PartsSource platform is well positioned to win in its target market and has a lot of room to grow Leadership: strong leadership and awareness on where improvements need to be made People: Great people throughout the company, everyone I've met really wants to make a difference Opportunity for career growth: as the company is evolving its structure and organization, this creates a lot of opportunity for growth in one's career

      Growth company challenges: just like any growth company, there are big challenges that we are working through to evolve into a company that can better manage & scale for growth. This includes challenges across the entire org including product, engineering, marketing, and more.

      A Rising Company with great potential

      Pros

      Unique Place in the Healthcare Industry: PartsSource has a truly unique offering and place in the industry (biomedical parts to support hospital medical equipment). They have great momentum and continue to grow each year. Nearly every hospital in the country uses PartsSource to a degree so there is a great opportunity to build deeper relationships with them. Leadership: The management team has been built out and I think the company is going to continue to grow and succeed for the foreseeable future. People: The company has continued to invest in people in my time here and the benefits offering for employees has grown substantially in that time. I do not use the healthcare benefits so I can't comment on how strong they are but the 401K match and other college education benefits have grown in the past 2 years.

      Cons

      The company is medium sized and growing so there are some growth pains (internal technologies and processes). You either need to be willing to accept that those things come with smaller companies or (preferably) have a desire to help improve them. There is structure here but you'll be most successful by being more entrepreneurial.
