Pros

Good resume builder. Provides tools and resources for basic phone and email skills. Fast-paced environment, learn how to work under pressure. Flexibility (when it's convenient for them). Most employee's (including some management) are humble, fun, hard-working and honest. They were only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

As long as you are on time, keep your mouth shut and don't voice your opinion...EVER you will be (for the most part) left alone to be over-worked and receive mediocre pay and benefits. Confrontation is avoided from almost all employees, including most of management and talking behind people's backs is standard. All of the long-time employees are very unhappy and will tell anyone, including management that the only reason they are still working there is because the company may sell one day and they will receive a large sum of money. It is disturbing because the 'long-timers' are some of the most amazing people I have EVER met and are stuck working for this soul-sucking company. I am hoping the company sell's soon so they can all leave this negative environment. Their computer system is outdated and they should be working out of SAP to be compatible with most of their customer's. THE MAIN REASON I LEFT WAS DUE TO PARTSSOURCE POLITICS AND FAVORITISM. A few other con's; micromanagement, negativity, poor communication skills, keep people around who suck up and yet don’t perform, thinking only about short-term results, VINDICTIVE and false hopes of advancing.

Pros

The People in the trenches. Some of the sales people and administrative staff, receptionists, etc. A few managers are great too. A few.

Cons

Upper Management, year after year after year pay cuts, Accounts being pulled from commission sales people and given to others, for no reason other than politics. People who work here are miserable. There is no way that this company should be rated so high on Glassdoor. Management has to be behind the positive reviews here- There is no way

Pros

At first the mission was clearly articulated as one of altruism i.e. Helping the healthcare industry save money, helping hospitals in other countries, etc.

Cons

The turnover is crazy - everyone is in it for themselves trying to save their own jobs. Partssource hires untrained, telemarketers and used car sales types who use very territorial and overly aggressive sales approaches The CEO is an egomaniac with photos of himself all over the office and a book he wrote about his life story is required reading. He is supposed to be a christian but his business practices are far from christian.
