Pros

What I love and brought me to PartsSource, is the truly disruptive solutions that are developed and offered to help make a positive impact on improving and supporting the healthcare space. I also enjoy working with cross functional team-mates and colleagues who are knowledgeable and with deep expertise across the industry, who are carefully curated and hired to the team, providing numerous opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful projects. Senior leaders are highly accessible and allow for interaction and share information freely and transparently. So long as you have good process and data to back up your recommendations/directions you are supported to deliver your output and influence key decisions. It's a great place to work for anyone who thrives in a fast pace, high visibility, self- directed environment for motivated self-starters who want to make an impact. Additional perks, such as sponsored lunches, hybrid work options, and opportunities to collaborate across teams, further enhances the employee experience and support personal professional development

Cons

Not a con per se, but food for thought. The company is at a pivotal inflection point in its growth, which requires employees to remain flexible and adaptable as priorities evolve to support scaling. At times, workloads can be heavy, and increased resourcing on certain teams would help sustain long-term effectiveness. As the company gets bigger and seeks to attract and retain talent from other/larger organization introducing additional employee-focused perks and benefits, such as Summer Fridays, no-meeting days, or additional PTO, commuter benefits, holiday parties, could further support employee retention.

Pros

- Options to work remotely

Cons

- No alignment internally - Minimal holiday PTO (compensate with a rolling holiday to provide bare minimum) - Complicate simple problems - Too much internal reshuffling - It takes awhile for change to be implemented for the product -> makes customers frustrated, makes selling features difficult - Very apparent that there is a sale looming and trying to make it look good for an buyer

Cons

• The pace can be fast during periods of growth, which may require quick adaptation from new employees. • As priorities shift, teams sometimes need extra alignment to stay fully in sync.
