      Pros

      See patients by appointment only. Most California clinics have 1-2 nurses. 98% of upper management/department communication is via online/phone. Really great at adjusting work schedule around family life.

      Cons

      No raises. All out-of- pocket services, no insurance accepted so it can at times start feeling like a sales job as you are highly "encouraged" to get patients to purchase as many vaccines as possible.
