Pros

Training is in Arizona, the company sends you there for 5 days. Very nice orientation experience in Arizona. Its not stressful when you compared it to most clinical nursing jobs.

Cons

Schedule can be a little overwhelming when you are booked back to back because in most of the offices you are working alone. You handle everything in the office yourself. This is a retail health business so the company expects you to be a sales person and persuade the customers to purchase as much as possible. The management tracks your sales and performs evaluation every quarter to review how well you are capturing sales.
