Management consistently bends over backwards to accommodate every client request even if it directly comes at the expense of staff. Management also makes decisions with little input from staff while effectively dismissing criticism by insisting everyone is "on the same team" and part of the family (which is actually true of management: at the top they are all married to each other). There is also no room for advancement or increased responsibility.
