I really loved the family like atmosphere. It is a small company and you get to know people you work with very well. I am still friends with many of them and I think this is a great feeling to be surrounded by friends at work. The owners are great to the employees as long if you do what expected from you.

Cons

Since the franchises are the "family-owned" small business, there is a limit for the opportunities, growth, and development. Depending on the type of work you are doing, there can be strict limitations on what you can say and do. Some people had issues with that. Another complaint I've heard from another former employee is you are given a chance to do some improvement proposal but none of them are acted upon which can be frustrating too.
