      Show up and punch in and work, flexible schedule, people are cool for the most part.

      Owner micro manages, no room for advancement unless they like you, regardless of what all you have done for the company.

      Pros

      Passport Health is a fast-growing company with plenty of room for advancement. All employees are able to contribute to the company's growth. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong team environment. I have learned a lot in my three years with the company - and continue to learn every day. I honestly love coming to work every day.
