Pros

Really incredible benefits, good workplace culture, opportunities sometimes arise to do work with corporate, comparatively good pay for retail, awesome environmental initiatives, chance to engage local social justice initiatives

Cons

Gender and racial politics at the company still have a long way to go--the people working on this are doing really great work and the team in NY was in my experience pretty great but there's definitely work to be done. Plus, retail is retail, people will be how they are, so all the regular customer service drain exists here too
