Pros

Company culture and most of the people I worked with were lovely. Benefits are amazing, flexible with time off. Overall, great experience.

Cons

Base compensation for most retail employees is above average in general, but still fairly low - at least when I was there which was a few years ago.

Pros

Patagonia stands ten toes down on their values. The company is mission driven and you feel that every day at work, event at the retail level. Stellar benefits.

Cons

Turnover is very low so it can be hard to move up in the company.
