Pros

Company culture, dedication to environmental work, great product, generally good people, treat employees like humans.

Cons

Low pay (especially for Southern California), take advantage of employees who actually do the real work vs. live the lifestyle (culture of haves and have-nots)

Pros

Great benefits, caring coworkers, and a company that truly gives a damn. It was really nice to be able to work at a place where customers frequently come up to tell you they're proud to shop there and to support the causes you care about. The company works hard to take care of its employees, and they are deeply invested in local, national, and international environmental and social causes.

Cons

The pay is about what you'd expect for a retail position. That being said, the benefits are great. Upward mobility can be a little slow, and in order to really progress within the company you may need to be willing to relocate.
