Pros

Respect for others is a high priority, good work/life balance.

Cons

You get paid more the longer you're in role, despite experience level. It's also difficult for someone to get fired despite being terrible in role. So, someone could be awful at their job but get paid more if they've been around longer.

Remote work essentially ended 90 CX reps were given the choice to relocate to one of six cities or take a severance package.
