Pros

Working at Patagonia is like joining a family - you bond with the team and it's amazing. I would recommend anyone work at this company, it's great.

Cons

As with any retail store, hours can be hectic but they do a good job to avoid that from happening.

Pros

Patagonia has a great company culture from the highest levels down to the bottom. I worked with an incredibly positive and understanding team. Discount is great.

Cons

It's a retail position and it comes with all of the drawbacks of one. Repetitive work, long hours on your feet and the occasional rude customer. Overall these are mitigated by the Pro's AKA feeling like a valued member of a team.
