Pros

Great benefits, great product, great rank & file co-workers, great town (Ventura) and location close to the beach.

Cons

Don't believe the hype; no upward mobility, bro-culture and nepotism rules and abounds. Executive management is only concerned about preserving their fiefdoms and do not want to hire talent they perceive as a potential threat to their cushy jobs. If you talk to anyone that has worked their for more than 3 years and isn't a bro/bra, they are miserable. Company has been unceremoniously firing lots of employees that have been there 15 - 30 years to make way for lavishly paying executives from Nike and Urban Outfitters the enormous salaries and to bring their "own people" in. A fellow employee/friend that is a manager was recently told by Executive Management to "not hire anymore 40 or 50 year olds." They just want to hire young, hip, good looking people now.

Good for a few years - then move on

Pros

Beautiful campus, nice co-workers, laid-back office environment, some flexibility with scheduling (but not as much as people think), great overall mission, good ethics and good in-house food.

Cons

Day-to-day structure is bogged down in constant mini re-orgs and reporting line is super unclear, very little ability to move-up within the company after 1 or 2 promotions, extremely unqualified managers that the company takes no effort to train or oversee.
