Pros

Setting the standard for great companies. They go above any other career I have had previously to ensure employee health and satisfaction are a priority.

Cons

Flexibility in conversation and ability to handle multiple tasks is a must as customer needs vary throughout the day. Not stressful if you are good at navigating conversation and identifying the needs of the customer but this requires a full day of active listening and social awareness.
