Pros

• The skills gained in training • The variety of material and challenge to be exact • They seem to genuinely value his employees abilities and verbally recognizes individuals

Cons

• The salary was never a reflection of your abilities as an illustrator • You are required to stay until the work load is completed when you are on late shift. Which can be until 9 pm.

Pros

They pay you to do training before offering you a job. It's $200 for 2 or 3 days. I actually did learn a bunch of shortcuts that I never used before which made me more efficient in Illustrator.

Cons

It's patent illustration. Pretty bare bones and boring. The owner will say it's $10-$12 based on experience, but from what I've seen he has already decided on $11 regardless of your work experience. If you have zero experience and didn't pay for any training/education, I guess it's not bad. Or you can work at a warehouse for more money. It's a painfully quiet environment.
