A True Rocketship!

Pros

A rocketship in the truest sense. Path offers the most intellectually stimulating and fun work environment I’ve ever had. Not fun because of ping pong tables, free catered lunch or drinks (although we have all of those!), but fun because we are changing the world. Path is no where close to an easy 8-5, but there is nothing more rewarding than building the future with a tremendously smart and tenacious team around you.

Cons

Since we are changing the world and American manufacturing, we are taking a road that’s never been traveled before and with it comes the obvious challenges.

Pros

I haven't been here long, but it really seems like Path wants all of their employees to be happy. They provide free health insurance, lunch, and snacks. The camaraderie within the office is super exciting and I hope to be here for a long time.

Cons

Things can change quickly at Path.

Pros

The team is full of positive, supportive people. It's great place to get constructive feedback and help. The company offers a lot of benefits that I would normally consider too good to be true, but they've followed through on nearly everything. The atmosphere is a great for being ambitious without being overbearing. They also offer a real chance to positively impact the business.

Cons

It's a startup, they are missing established positions, systems, and tools. Many tasks that could be handled automatically at another company could turn into a major exercise in finding the right person to help you and getting it pushed through in a reasonable timeline.
