Working at Path is a master class on how to not run a company. The leadership: - Constantly changes priorities - Does not empower decision makers - Sets crazy deadlines for the sake of deadlines - Promises bonuses to employees but never delivers - Stretches resources too thin - Never prioritizes anything - Avoids accountability - Misleads customers

Great people. High level of communication. Incredibly organized use of CAD and documentation. Very flexible with work from home or time off. Provided lunch and snacks.

Cons

Some miscommunication between teams. Customers want customized cells while Path wants a standardized product creates tension.
