Pros
Path, from what I understand, was at one point was a great company. That was prior to the: - Hiring freeze a month ago that resulted in rescinding offers from folks who'd already quit their previous jobs; - Senseless comp and strategy changes; - Layoffs which the company is trying to hide; - Shortening and disappearing runway due to burn rate and poor strategy; - Inability to raise more venture capital due to poor sales and product; - ^ for example, they've successfully deployed one robot. Over the four years they've been in business. The second, they've been trying to deploy now for going on 6 months with no success. - Completely disengaged founders/leadership. Don't bother expecting any visibility or involvement from them.
Cons
See above. Also worth noting is that within the company there are really no leaders; just managers. Everything is reactive and constantly on fire because they can't sell the product and as a result are running out of money. Don't be swayed by the fake enthusiasm and sexy startup appearance. It's a facade.
