Pros
The team is full of positive, supportive people. It's great place to get constructive feedback and help. The company offers a lot of benefits that I would normally consider too good to be true, but they've followed through on nearly everything. The atmosphere is a great for being ambitious without being overbearing. They also offer a real chance to positively impact the business.
Cons
It's a startup, they are missing established positions, systems, and tools. Many tasks that could be handled automatically at another company could turn into a major exercise in finding the right person to help you and getting it pushed through in a reasonable timeline.
