Pros

The team here at Path Robotics believes in the vision and product that we're creating. The passion and energy are palpable. The leadership team is building and cultivating a shared values workplace that is rewarding and supportive.

Cons

At times we're sprinting, and the pace can be fast. Long hours are to be expected as we grow as quickly as Path is.

Pros

The benefits are great. Lunch is provided. Access to leadership feels very open, available, and opinions are valued. The team is highly dedicated and experienced.

Cons

Every startup growing this quickly must endure growing pains and we certainly are not immune to them, but in my experience, the leadership listens and the best idea has won in the end.

Pros

I chose to work at Path because of the vision of the company. What I like most is that I am able to work on both cutting edge research, and immediately use my research in production. Everyone at Path is very friendly and passionate about what they do. Even though the company has been growing very quickly, the culture still has a small, family-like feel; everyone supports one another and the company. Management is also very supportive and has an open-door policy. They really are there for us anytime we need, and are always willing to listen or help in any way.

Cons

Nothing major but from time to time, we have to work long hours. This may be a bit of a given in a fast-paced work environment.
