- Good pay for sales and opportunity to grow - Tech is cutting edge, early stage and still working out some development problems but once it reaches full stage, it'll change the industry

Cons

- Lacking leadership at times - leaders can get caught up in the day to day and miss the forest from the trees

For the time that they actually paid me what I was promised when I came on, pay was decent.

Cons

They changed pay structure less than two months after I came on. It also got really tiring dealing with the immature and ineffective “leadership”. Outside of the one guy with gray hair, nobody in management there has any real experience. Everything is on fire all the time with no strategy, because as mentioned by other reviewers they are running out of money. Don’t risk your career by coming here. They’ll likely lay you off due to leadership’s poor money management skills and even if not, the product doesn’t actually work! Yes I saved the best part for last :)

A dream job for software engineers looking to work on challenging problems and revolutionary tech. The list of pros doesn't end when it comes to Path Robotics. To list a few: - Catered lunches with lots of variety. - Free snacks. - Paid Healthcare premiums. - Competitive salary. - Opportunity to learn from some of the most talented software engineers I have ever come across in my career. - Transparent management. - Friendly coworkers. - Stock options. - Strong and focused leadership from the c-suite. - Location is great.

These aren't necessarily cons, but you need to be ready for: - A relatively steep learning curve. - Fast paced change and constant adaptation.
