Flexible hours, no insurance premiums, free lunch

Cons

Poor communication, over promise/under deliver, no growth opportunities. Promotions and raises promised in the interviews never happen. Same with promises for career development.

-Leadership is entirely incompetent and disengaged with the revenue team. (You would think with a fairly young VC-backed hyper-growth startup, the CEO would be more involved in sales at it’s current stage). -Inability to know if the company is successful or not. -Unfulfilled promises made to customers and employees. -Zero “path” for career development
