Working on cutting edge technology. Pace is fast but goals are well explained and understandable. Company is growing at an unbelievable pace. Leadership believes in maintaining a completely open and transparent environment.

Working on exciting new technology with a lot of challenging problems, lots of different fields involved so you get to wear a lot of hats. Management places a lot of trust in people and gives plenty of freedom to operate. The company is growing fast so there's plenty of room to grow as well.

Cons

Timelines can be tight leading to longer hours than a typical 9-5, but they're very up front about that during the interview process, and that's kind of what I expected with a startup at this stage.
