Fast paced work environment with hard working people

Cons

Yearly mass layoffs due to constant missed revenue targets Upper Management plays favorites - CEO nonexistent to lower level staff Frequent org/mgmt shuffling due to high turnover Lack of fair division of workload causing burnout Lazy teams pass their tasks to other teams Lack of growth opportunities - depends on who you're buddies with Lack of industry training - just do what you're told by people who know less and figure out the rest on your own

Amazing culture, fosters innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and kindness. It’s very fulfilling and also challenging to work here. The office is spectacular and the company puts in a lot of effort to have events, community service, social gatherings. Etc. Overall, the team is amazing and easy to work with.

Cons

The company has gone through significant change but there is a new vision that is being put forth.
