Pros
Knowledgable and helpful CEO, learn a lot if a new counselor, always had lots of clients to choose from, flexible schedule
Cons
very low pay (RVU system), expected to bring in 30 client hours per week, not enough regular staff to manage company/CEO often not there, no benefits (medical insurance very very bad-doesn't pay for much and expensive), no raises, not paid for all of the work you do (expected to do extra stuff like finish intakes for the contractors without being paid for it), have to pay for all counseling materials/printout (toys, art supplies, copies), not a friendly work environment-encouraged to compete with one another
