Pros

Not many pros. It's a start up without a start up fill. They have snacks in the kitchen but that's it.

Cons

Doesn't seem like they cater to all demographics. Programs are one sided. Heads up, you will only get paid once a month which they let you know AFTER you sign the contract. When asked if payroll could be twice a month, we were told no because they didn't want to do it. Not to mention the extremely long interviews ranging from 4-6 months before they decide that you may be a viable candidate. They give "free" insurance after you pay the $1500/$2500 deductible and they take the money out of your salary for it.

Pros

The team. This is passionate team. And everyone pulls for the other. It's a dedicated group. The clients. We have engaged, willing to improve clients. Small things delight them. The product. Patients, clients and staff are 'drinking the kool-aid' and love what we've built. The opportunity. Our team grew 3x in less than a year. Our clients are growing with us. The opportunity to experiment is so high.

Cons

Despite a drive to encourage work/life balance, it's sometimes hard to find. This team is dedicated and sometimes small and you don't want to let them down. We're growing and the additional staff help for sure...but it takes time to get up to speed. We have to make a conscious effort to find our balance (individually and as a team).

Pros

Working with seasoned entrepreneurs. Learning from impressive computer science guys. Located in Midtown Atlanta. Surrounded by entrepreneurs and dozens of startups that call the Atlanta Technology Development Corporation (ATDC) home. Wicked experiential environment - you can contribute in countless ways. Young, profitable firm with excellent client foundation and loads of growth.

Cons

Apart from the longer than normal hours and a performance bar that is set pretty high here, Patientco is all positive. (Though the team sure could use some extra hands (but they're actively recruiting)).
