- great opportunity to learn a wide breadth of skills and put them in action - company culture favors people who are self driven and innovative

- there is always a lot to do, but within that, there are chances to make a huge impact everyday

Pros

Technology is excellent - it just works! Leadership knows what’s going on Vision, mission and focus is clearly defined Teams are all aligned well Customer feedback has been excellent Focused on one major healthcare concept - patient payments! Does not try to be “everything to everyone” like my past companies

Cons

Really not a con, but smaller company, so some of the policies/procedure that I’m used to are much different. Has been a bit of a learning curve to adjust. However, No true cons at this time - will update review if I find any!

Pros

Excellent benefits package, lots of flexibility, beautiful office with Herman Miller desk chairs and desks that convert to standing mode. Everyone at Patientco is very intelligent. Company itself has enjoyed outlier success for a startup.

Cons

Expectations are extremely high, people on the product and client sides put in a ton of work at odd hours. Company strategy changed frequently over a 4 yr period (though growth never slowed).
