They put you on on site projects which is a good learning experience. Good work environment and international exposure in many domains.

low salary as compared to industry standards. too much of politics in teams. management does not have vision for future.

I have started with Patni and overall I think the company was good then, good communication with employees and management showed respect.

Cons

Nowadays, we do not know where the company is heading. There is no communication from the management, the grapevine on sell-off is getting stronger. Personally too, I felt that the mgmt is not responding as they were. I would add to the cons. No Internal or External Brand, Low Salary, No vision.
