Good company allowing growth in line with one's ambition

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities and growth, employees have a say in their career progression, very well defined performance appraisal system, lots of opportunities for overseas travel to all employees

Cons

Salaries are not per industry standard, cost cutting taking a toll on employee morale, not enough communication from higher management leading to gaps in understanding

Pros

- Worked in 2 projects , both the managers were cooperative and understanding. - Independent and tension free environment. - Hundreds of employee engagement activities keep on happening every now and then, gives you a college feeling :) - Salary structure is employee- friendly. - Work culture is awesome. - Quick promotions at lower level.

Cons

- Notice period is way too long , 3 months. - Salary hike is avg., but good enough for bachelors.

Good Learning, better facilities, but slow on career growth

Pros

It provides an amazing learning experience. The company boasts of a better infrastructure, better facilitated work environment & huge corporate giants as its client-base, which are all true and dependable.

Cons

Project Management takes away the sheen. Major PMs (not all) work on survival tactics. Unconventional, out-of-the-box thinking is not appreciated by management, and sadly not paid attention by HRs. Can't be said as their fault, but nothing is done to change also.
