good from point of view of working env but less personal growth oppurtunities

good in long term.....as u get promotions quickly if u really work hard and be innoative and take initiaties

Cons

no personal growth much.....proudeject change is not much possible...need 2 continue working in same project....higher management not at all friendly..indifferent and harsh attitude..u cannot expecvt them 2 understand ur personal problems
