Your experience is certainly not representative of the overwhelming majority of our employees. However, we are always trying to improve. We are continuing to roll out company-wide processes, training, and communication that make Patriot a great place for all of our employees. Hopefully, you will see these changes firsthand soon. Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree with your assessment. We are planning upcoming training on not only a variety of operations and safety topics, but also on pertinent HR and administrative process topics to facilitate a better work environment for all employees.

Your statement about turnover is demonstratively false, as we have many employees who have worked for the company since its founding in 2002. It looks like you’re a current employee—please give your specific feedback to your direct supervisor, or our HR Director so that we can work with you to make things better. If you are no longer with Patriot, we suggest your focus your time and attention on your current workplace rather than ours.
