Pros

Patriot is a progressive company with an excellent operations reputation. It is comprised of hard working professionals that are really down to earth people who care about the internal and external customer. Its a great environment to bring knowledge and experience collective growth.

Cons

The company is expanding its offerings and building up its brand- change sometimes causes friction and that can be uncomfortable.
