      Pros

      Great atmosphere work place. Safety first is the company goals and values. Company has long term goals and plans that will keep them prosperous for many years.

      Cons

      The company really is a great place to work. Aside from long hours out in the field and being away from the family, I have no Cons.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work. The pay and the time off are definite perks of the job, but the skills learned are also very valuable.

      Cons

      The oil and natural gas industry is a very volatile industry to work in. Job security is not always guaranteed.

      Pros

      Company will typically pay very well and give out good benefits. Vehicles and gas cards are provided for all supervisor positions.

      Cons

      As with all service companies, when oil prices fall, jobs become very unstable. Some supervisors are very hard to work for but that is to be expected.
