      Crews are great and look out for each other for safety issues.

      Communication between mgmt. and employee's is not very good. Everything is so secretive.

      Nice place to work and really good people. You can move up fast in you try and come to work every day. The pay is good and they take care of you

      Cons

      Really long hours spend a lot of time on location and away from family. work all year round out side rain or shine.

      Great atmosphere work place. Safety first is the company goals and values. Company has long term goals and plans that will keep them prosperous for many years.

      Cons

      The company really is a great place to work. Aside from long hours out in the field and being away from the family, I have no Cons.
