      Pros

      I have worked for a few other large fire/life safety companies in the past and I feel that Pavion has been my favorite employer to date. There is great potential for growth with our company and we have an abundance of knowledgeable people who are willing to help each other to achieve our goals.

      Cons

      After 5 minutes I could not come up with anything to put in the cons section, I tried though.

      Everyone here seems nice. Great training on the CRM platforms. Very easy transition from my previous roles in this field. Super helpful co-workers and everyone seems generally happy to be here.

      Pros

      Pavion is a growing company that gives their employee's lots of opportunities for professional growth! Since starting at this company 4 years ago I have grown a lot both personally and professionally and now manage my own team. I enjoy the people I work with while also maintaining a work life/home life balance. Some days are busier than other (That is the norm in payroll!) but I love what I do and the people I work with.

      Cons

      Like any company you get what you put into it. If you're hoping for an easy job where you put in the minimum amount of effort while expecting to excel this is not the environment for you.
