Pros

The people at Pavion are friendly and helpful. While there are areas to improve, I believe they provide a decent work environment/product.

Cons

I think Pavion needs to slow down and get organized. The company is so busy, they don't have processes setup. They also need to focus more on their culture and appreciate there employees more. There is no recognition program or employee appreciation and that affects retention rates.

Work life balance, great team, supportive manager, growth opportunities. No micromanaging being done here.

Cons

New acquisitions constantly, you have to stay on top of your work and find a way to stay organized or you will drown.
