Leadership is open to new ideas. Change is constant. Never bored. Exciting projects. New initiatives all the time. Great team members focused on the same goal.

Cons

Some of the pros may also be cons for others. It's a fast moving environment, and that's not for everyone. Some of the systems are not yet optimized and things take longer than they should. Solutions are in process, but patience is needed.
