Change is iminent from day to day. Agressive M&A activity! Great group of folks work there! Flexible benefits options. Competitive compensation.

Cons

Moves so fast, sometimes difficult to "clean up" after integrations and mergers. Still building the infrastructure that will take them to the next level; leadership sometimes learning along with associates.

Good people, willing to help. Expanding rapidly, management is good people.

Cons

Expanded to fast, growing pains, infrastructure wasn't in place when expansion began to support it. Spread out across US. So many new companies being purchased. System hardware being used is very clunky and not user friendly.
