Almost every day is something new, never boring.

Cons

Turnover is amazingly high. Management decisions are absolutely absurd and frustrating.

Pros

Leadership actively involved in ensuring success. Great pay (if I perform), career advancement opportunities. I have had more opportunities at PA than I have had at all other jobs combined. I have fun every day at work!

Cons

I don't have any to report at this time. There have been times where I had a negative supervisor, since we implemented some changes here we have seen many go, but none that will be greatly missed.

You get commission incentives which they continued to lower, but I made $1500+ in bonuses a few weeks.

Management, culture, continuesly cutting incentives.
