Unlimited PTO, health benefits, flexibility

Cons

So cliquey and condescending at times. It’s a major “ white Boys Club” type of company. A lot of managers shouldn’t even be managers at all. They aren’t really looking out for you like they claim, in fact- they’ll bleed you dry of everything you can offer until they decide to lay off entire teams. They had my team build the new knowledge base, emphasizing how important we were and how it’ll help us going forward— all along it was for the new agents in the Philippines who’d be taking our jobs. Amazing :) If a company is telling you they’ve just become profitable, LEAVE.

- Shiny object syndrome: leadership chasing culture ideas - Half-baked ideas that result in too many change initiatives that fizzle - Psychological safety is talked about, but not realized

Bad Management

Pros

There are a lot of people more on the individual contributor role that are knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Higher level management (VPs) keep changing their teams and promote people who don't know what they're doing and are unqualified and let go of staff that are hardworking and most valued because they have favorites. I've seen so many teams reduced and let go because of incompetent high level management.
